Open to the General Public 

 

30 minutes of intense workout that covers the whole body

 

Classes: Monday and Thursday at 7:00-7:30


Attire: workout clothing (must wear pants)

 Workouts: Cover the entire body and you set you own pace. There is 6 different exercises and 6 repetitions of each. Workouts include a warm up and cool down.
